Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time, using the link in your receipt or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

First charge refunds

If the brief is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full.

Partial periods

Apart from the first charge refund above, we do not provide refunds for partial months or years, except where required by law.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
