This policy explains what information Capstan Research collects when you subscribe to the Capstan Federal IT Brief and how we use it.

What we collect

We store the email address you subscribe with, your subscription status, and any messages you send us. We use this only to deliver the brief, manage your subscription, and answer your questions.

Payments

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run the brief, such as our payment processor and email provider, and only for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future charges.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward for records and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us.
