All notices come from public data published on SAM.gov, the official US government system for federal contract opportunities. We filter and summarize that data, and every item links to the official notice.
Are you affiliated with the government?
No. Capstan Research is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government agency. We do not bid, broker, or submit anything on behalf of subscribers.
Does the brief include contact lists?
No. The brief contains no personal contact data and is not a lead list or a directory. It is a summary of public notices with links to the source.
What is your refund policy?
